This policy explains what personal data DigiHustle collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. DigiHustle is a sole proprietorship based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean DigiHustle.

1. What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in a form on this website, we collect what you enter:

• Contact and enquiry forms: your name, work email, phone number, the services you are interested in, and your message.
• Careers form: your name, email, phone number, area of expertise, LinkedIn or portfolio link, and your message.
• Live chat: your messages and any details you choose to share during the chat.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the website, we use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the website and to measure our advertising. This can include pages visited, time on site, device and browser type, approximate location (city or country level), how you arrived at the website, and ad-click identifiers.

Free tools. Our free tools (ROAS calculator, UTM builder and meta length checker) run entirely in your browser. What you type into them is not sent to us or stored by us.

2. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss the services you asked about.
• To prepare proposals, reviews and audits you request.
• To assess job applications.
• To understand how the website performs and improve it.

4. Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the website and our business. They process data on our behalf and only for the purposes above:

• Zoho — to receive and manage form submissions (Zoho CRM) and to provide live chat (Zoho SalesIQ).
• Google — Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement.
• Hostinger — to host the website.

We may also share data if required by law, or to protect our legal rights. Some of these providers may store data on servers outside India. Where that happens, we rely on their contractual and security commitments.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and application data for up to 5 years from your last contact with us, unless the law requires us to keep it longer or you ask us to delete it sooner. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the tools we use.

6. How we protect it

We use reputable providers, secure (HTTPS) connections, and restrict access to personal data to people who need it for their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

7. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws, you can:

• ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• ask us to correct, complete, update or delete your data;
• withdraw your consent at any time, including by opting out of cookies as described in section 3 (this does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it);
• raise a grievance with us, and, if you are not satisfied with our response, with the Data Protection Board of India; and
• nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.

8. Children

This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their data, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Links to other websites

This website links to other sites, such as our Google Business Profile. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
